First, the Frog King
has
to be
designed on paper. |
|
Now, a hand-made
model is created. |
 |
|
 |
The model is milled
into
steel
as a negative form. |
|
The mold is put into an injection
machine. The figurine gets its shape
with high temperature and pressure. |

Now the frogs are waiting patiently to being hand painted.
Thereafter, they get a golden crown and are stuck on the bottom of a dream globe.

Snow, glitter, hearts or stars are added and the globe closed.
 |
|
 |
Afterwards, the globes are
filled with spring water from
the Odenwald forest. |
|
Frog King now presents
himself proudly in the
snow globe exhibition. |

"I do not want your clothes, your pearls and precious stones,
nor your golden crown, but if you will love me and accept me as a
companion and playmate, and let me sit next to you at your table and eat
from your golden plate and drink from your cup and sleep in your bed,
if you will promise this to me, then I'll dive down and bring your golden
ball back to you"
